There's a castle you can see in the distance by standing at the tip of the peninsula and looking northwest over the water.
Run all the way down the coast and then up the hillīe careful of the first cave, if you fall into the hole in there you're trapped and will have to fast travel to a camp to get out. Jump up the rocks and around behind the tower structure. Jump off the dock towards the fire opposite the boat. If you want to get in there and look for yourself, here are the directions: The ladders can't be used and there was nothing on the cliffs above the docks. I finally managed to jump past the invisible wall along the coastline and circle around to the cliffs above the docks. I saw them the first day of release and have been trying to get to them off and on since. There are two ladders you can find with search at the docks where the dragon hangs out.
